Dr. Vasu Ginde, president and co-founder of DiagnoSearch Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, began his clinical research career with Eli Lilly in 1993. He had extensive research training with Lilly in the U.S. and U.K. Dr. Manisha Ginde, also a co-founder, now serves as director of the central laboratory. Mr. Mandar Vaidya is an experienced operations professional formerly with Exxon Mobil in India.
