We have developed our own data management software, which gives us an edge in completing complex customizations for even the most expansive data sets. Our in-house software is fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11. And our data experts are proficient in all of the common applications such as Oracle, Hyperphar, Acceliant, SQL and SAS (versions 9.2 EBI). We also use the MedDRA & WHO dictionaries for coding of AEs and Concomitant Medications.
Our staff has access to the latest SAS training through our knowledge partnership with SAS India Ltd. All data are protected under both physical and logical security, and extensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.
