Prior to DiagnoSearch, he played a pivotal role in setting up Eli Lilly’s Indian clinical research infrastructure in the 1990s, where he led clinical development, regulatory affairs, and business planning initiatives across India and South East Asia, with responsibilities spanning Diabetes, Oncology, Neurosciences, and Infectious Diseases.
A strong proponent of technology-enabled research, Dr. Ginde has driven the development of validated, compliant clinical research systems that enhance trial oversight, data integrity, and decision-making. Beyond organizational leadership, he has contributed to the broader clinical research ecosystem through advisory roles with industry bodies and government task forces, and by leading extensive ICH-GCP training programs for investigators and pharmaceutical organizations.
Dr. Manisha Ginde is the Co-Founder, President, and Managing Director of DiagnoSearch Life Sciences, a pioneering Global Contract Research Organization in India. With more than three decades of expertise in clinical research, laboratory sciences, and medical affairs, she has played a transformative role in shaping India’s clinical trial ecosystem.
A physician and pathologist by training, Dr. Manisha spearheaded the establishment of India’s first Central Laboratory dedicated to clinical research, introducing international quality benchmarks and enabling global biopharmaceutical companies to access high-standard laboratory services in India. As part of the DiagnoSearch leadership team, Dr. Manisha has supported 120+ clinical research protocols across diverse therapeutic areas, spanning oncology, infectious diseases, cardiology, CNS disorders, and vaccines such as SARS-CoV-2.
Dr. Manisha is a College of American Pathologists (CAP) Inspector, a certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 15189:2012), and an Ethics Committee Assessor with the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH). Her professional expertise and certifications have reinforced DiagnoSearch’s reputation as a globally trusted partner for clinical development. As a certified ISO auditor and CAP inspector, she ensures DiagnoSearch consistently meets international benchmarks.
She currently heads Central Laboratory and Medical Services, combining scientific knowledge with deep insight in global quality standards. Her contributions include developing SOPs and standardizing assays for leading government and university laboratories worldwide. With a steadfast focus on data integrity and public health impact, she continues to shape DiagnoSearch as one of India’s most trusted CROs.
With 30+ years of experience in global pharmaceutical companies and the clinical research industry, Dr. Mattoo brings valuable strategic depth and insights, and operational accumen from leadership roles at Eli Lilly, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Amgen across India and Asia-Pacific. Since joining DiagnoSearch in 2023, he has driven business growth, operational optimization, and strengthened collaboration across teams.

With 28+ years of industry experience, Mandar Vaidya is a seasoned operations leader driving operational and business execution across DiagnoSearch’s functions. As Vice President, he oversees Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, IWRS, and IT, ensuring smooth, integrated, technology-enabled execution of trials across geographies.
His expertise has contributed greatly to expanding DiagnoSearch’s presence in Southeast Asia and Africa, scaling operations to meet the needs of global biopharmaceutical partners. His operational insight continues to strengthen DiagnoSearch’s position as a trusted CRO for complex, multi-country programs.
A dental surgeon by qualification, Dr. Arati Borkar brings nearly three decades of clinical research experience to the DiagnoSearch leadership team. Since joining in 1999 as Quality Manager for Central Laboratory operations, she has developed deep cross-functional expertise across the organization and now leads Quality Assurance and Training.
Dr. Arati has played a pivotal role in shaping DiagnoSearch’s reputation as a global Clinical Research Organization. She has established robust QA systems, authored and implemented SOPs, and conducted extensive in-house training to embed a culture where quality and compliance are non-negotiable. Her leadership ensures global regulatory compliance, data integrity, and best practices across all functions.
An experienced international auditor, Dr. Arati has audited investigational sites, central, and analytical laboratories worldwide. Her cross-functional exposure across laboratory workflows, clinical monitoring, and data management allows her to build QA frameworks that are practical, audit-ready, and aligned with international regulatory expectations.
Sameer Savkur is a seasoned biopharmaceutical executive with over 30 years of global leadership experience spanning business development, geographic expansion, general management, sales and marketing, and market access. Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, close to Cambridge and Boston, Sameer leads DiagnoSearch’s business development efforts across the Americas.
Having lived and worked across the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, and Brazil, Sameer brings deep cross-cultural insight and functional expertise critical as DiagnoSearch expands its global footprint and strengthens its presence in the Americas.
Prior to joining DiagnoSearch, Sameer spent 11 years at Biogen, where he played a pivotal role in establishing affiliates across multiple geographies and launching humanitarian programs focused on rare disease treatment. As Managing Director, Biogen Brazil, he drove fourfold revenue growth, and as Managing Director, India, he successfully turned operations profitable.
Before Biogen, Sameer led IMS Health (now IQVIA) India, overseeing data and consulting services. Earlier in his career, he spent 16 years at Eli Lilly, gaining extensive cross-functional experience across India, the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and also worked with Pfizer India in marketing.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Sameer actively mentors entrepreneurial biotech ventures at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, contributing to the growth of early-stage innovation in life sciences.
